Beach Meditation

Here at Waves of Connection, we believe in the power of discovering, validating and accepting the many different parts of ourselves as human beings.  Mindfulness is a way of being present with our thoughts, feelings and sensations, whilst allowing us to identify habitual patterns and meet difficult thoughts with kindness and compassion. 

Regular mindfulness practice can help reduce stress, anxiety and chronic pain.  Mindfulness has also been shown to help sleep and facilitate a more balanced and autonomous life.
